Club sponsorship management software
Sponsors, contracts per season, benefits with deadlines and proof of delivery, and the money from each contract flowing into the club's accounts. In Cantera, sponsorship is a club module connected to income and the budget, not a separate spreadsheet.

A sponsorship does not end when the contract is signed
The contract sits in a folder and the benefits live in the head of whoever negotiated it: the logo on the shirt, the social posts, the tickets, the board in the sports hall. At the end of the season, the club asks for a renewal without being able to show what it delivered. That is how a sponsor who was happy gets lost.
From first contact to renewal
Sponsor, contract, benefits and money in one place, so the renewal conversation starts with facts.
Sponsor record
Tax details, contacts, sector, logo and notes, with sponsorship tiers defined by the club. A sponsor who is no longer active is archived without losing its history.
Contracts per season
Monetary, in kind or mixed, with amounts, dates, status (negotiating, active, ended, cancelled) and the signed contract attached. A contract can belong to the club or to one of the season's teams.
Benefits with deadlines
Each contract lists what the club promised, by type and quantity, with its own deadline or the contract end date. The status (pending, in progress, fulfilled, overdue) is worked out automatically.
Deliveries with proof
Each delivery is recorded with a date, notes and a proof link: the photo of the board, the published post. The progress of each benefit shows how much has been delivered.
Instalments and income
The contract value is split into an instalment plan. Each instalment you post becomes club income, with category and VAT, so nobody types the same amount twice.
Segmented communication
Emails to sponsors filtered by season, contract status, tier or team, with an attachment, reusable templates and a history of what was sent.
Clear accounts with your sponsors
A sponsorship has two sides: what the sponsor pays and what the club delivers. Cantera keeps both on the same contract and works out the status of each from the recorded facts, never from a field someone filled in by hand.
Delivering late is still delivering
A benefit delivered after its deadline is fulfilled, not overdue. The club sees what is left to do, not a penalty for what it has already done.
Status is never typed in
Pending, in progress, fulfilled or overdue comes from the deliveries and the deadline. There is no status field for someone to forget, so the club list and the contract never disagree.
Sponsorship money is club money
Posted instalments are income in the same book as all other income. Once received, they count towards the Annual Budget actuals without a separate entry.
A deadline lasts the whole day
A benefit due on 30 June does not become overdue at one minute past midnight; it does the next day. The same rule applies across the platform.
Questions about sponsorship management
Yes. A contract can be monetary, in kind or mixed. For the in-kind part you record the estimated value and a description of what the sponsor provides, such as kit, transport or services.
Yes. The contract is linked to the club or to one of the season's teams, and sponsor emails can also be filtered by team.
The club's benefits sheet shows how many are overdue, still to deliver and fulfilled, with filters by status, type and sponsor. Each row shows the progress and the deadline.
Yes. Each posted instalment becomes club income, and received income counts towards the Annual Budget actuals. The sponsorship shows up in the accounts without being entered twice.
Only people with the permission. Sponsorship has its own permission in the club's group catalogue, so you can give the board access without giving it to the whole coaching staff.
