Filling in the club's financial information
Updated on 21 October 2026
The tax details printed on payment notes and receipts, the VAT exemption reason and the default series.
Information holds the club's tax identity on financial documents and the rules that issuing follows by default. Until it is saved, the club cannot issue payment notes. The first time, the fields are filled in from the club profile, except the "Tax ID".
- Open Financial management › Information.
- Under "Customise documents", fill in the "Name", "Tax ID", "Address", "Postal Code", "City" and "Country". These are the required fields. "Email", "Phone" and "Website" are optional.
- If you like, select the "Logo" box and choose an image (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB).
- Under "Billing preferences", choose the "VAT exemption reason" if the club has one. It applies to lines without a VAT rate. "No exemption" leaves the reason unstated.
- Under "Default series", choose how issuing picks the series:
- "Fixed series": always uses the same one, which you pick in "Series", until you change it.
- "Most recent": uses the most recently created active series.
- "Current year": uses the active series in force today and switches on its own when its validity ends.
- Select "Save changes".
Alongside, "How it looks on the document" shows the note's header as you type, with the number the next note will carry. Below "Series", the line "Today this resolves to…" tells you which series is in use.
