Filling in the club profile

The club profile holds your club's identity. It supplies the name and logo used in emails sent on the club's behalf, and on the member card. Payment notes and receipts use the details in Financial management › Information, which are filled in from this profile the first time you open it.

1. Open Settings › Club and stay on the "Club profile" tab.
2. Under "Identity", select "Upload" and choose the logo (PNG, JPG or WebP up to 5MB).
3. Fill in the club's names:
   • "Full name": appears in the header and footer of the club's emails.
   • "Name": the short name, used across the app and in call-ups.
   • "Abbreviation": appears on the member card and on badges.
   • "F.P.F. code": pre-fills Forms 1, 2 and 9 for federation registration.
4. Under "Contacts", enter the club's "Email", "Phone" and "Website".
5. Under "Address", fill in the "Address", "Postal code" and "City".
6. As soon as you change a field, a bar with the unsaved changes appears at the bottom. Select "Save changes", or "Discard" to go back to what was there.
