Updated on 23 October 2026
Show exercises and Game Model principles to athletes and families, by team or athlete by athlete, in the active season.
On this page · 6 sections
With the Portal module, you can show tactical content to athletes and families: it appears in the "Tactical plays" section of each athlete's Portal. You share from the content itself, with whole teams or with athletes picked one by one.
What you can share
- A library exercise: in Training Exercises, open the exercise with "View" and select "Share". Only an "Active" exercise can be shared.
- An exercise in a training plan: on the training's "Planning" tab, select "Share" on the exercise. You share the copy in the plan. The first time you share it, the training's team is already chosen, if it is in the active season.
- A Game Model principle: in a model in Game Models or in a team's model, select "Share" next to the principle. In a team's model, the first time you share, that team is already chosen, if it is one of the teams you have access to.
Each type needs full access to its own area: exercise library, trainings or game model.
Choose who sees it
- In "Share on the Portal", tick the "Teams". The list shows the teams in the active season that you have access to.
- Under "Athletes", type in "Search athlete" and add the athletes you want. You can pick any athlete registered in the active season, in any of the club's teams.
- If you like, write a "Message (optional)", up to 1000 characters. It shows above the content.
- Select "Save".
A team reaches the athletes who are in it when they open the Portal: anyone who joins the team later starts seeing it, and anyone who leaves or is archived stops seeing it.
Several principles at once
In the game model, "Share principles" shares several principles with the same recipients. Under "Principles", choose "All", "By moment" (then the "Moment") or "One by one".
This dialog adds recipients: the ones each principle already had stay. "All" means the principles that exist now; principles created later are not included. In a team's model, that team is already chosen, if it is one of the teams you have access to. The message you write goes on every chosen principle, replacing the one they had; if you leave it blank, each principle keeps the message it already had.
Active season only
A share belongs to the active season. If the club has no active season, the dialog says so and does not let you share. When you activate another season, the previous season's shares stop showing on the Portal; to show the same content in the new season, share it again.
See and remove a share
- The "Shared" badge tells you how many teams and athletes the content is shared with. It appears on the exercise page, on plan exercises and on principles.
- To change it, select "Share" again: the dialog shows the current recipients. Untick teams, remove athletes and select "Save". With no recipients left, the share no longer exists.
- An athlete no longer registered in the season shows "No longer valid this season". The Portal already ignores them; you can remove them.
- A library exercise that becomes inactive stops showing on the Portal while it stays inactive.
When you delete the content
The share goes with the content. When you delete a library exercise or remove an exercise from a plan, the confirmation says how many teams and athletes it was shared with. When you delete trainings, it says how many plan exercises are shared. When you delete a principle, it says how many teams and athletes it was shared with. When you delete a game model, from the catalogue or from a team, it says how many teams and athletes its principles are shared with.
