Limiting a coach to their own teams

In a club with several teams, the Under-13 coach does not need to see the Under-19s. On each user's record you choose the teams from the season they work with.

1. Open Settings › Users and select the person's name.
2. Under "Teams", use "Add team…" and choose their teams. Only teams with a season record in the active season are listed.
3. Select "Save".

The note below the field shows which season the list refers to: it is always the active season.

Where the list applies

• Teams section: the person only sees the teams on the list, with each team's page, documents and staff.
• Coach Mode: today's view only shows the training sessions and matches of the teams on the list.
• Training and planning: training sessions, attendance, the training plan and its documents, the cycles (periods, mesocycles and microcycles), the annual plan and the attendance map only open and can only be changed for the teams on the list. For a team outside it, the person gets "not found" or a lack of permission, even when opening the address directly. Coach Mode follows the same rules.
• Matches and squad: matches, the call-up, the match sheet, the squad (adding, changing team, archiving, setting the main enrolment), the team's competitions, the fees map and the athlete's season summary follow the same rules. To move an athlete to another team, both teams must be on the list; to archive them for "All teams this season", every team they are in that season must be.
• Schedule: the person sees the whole club's training sessions and matches but can only open those of the teams on the list, whatever the "Global schedule" level.
• Statistics: with "Live tracking" or "Reports" set to "Own teams", live tracking, the match report, finished and upcoming matches and season statistics only cover the teams on the list.

The list does not grant access to anything on its own: it picks teams within what the person's permissions already let them see.
