The "Today" screen and the calendar in Coach Mode

Today is the first screen in Coach Mode. It shows the teams you have access to, in the active season, and refreshes itself every minute. Trainings only appear if you can see trainings, and matches and call-ups only if you can see call-ups; with neither, "Today" shows a permission notice.

What "Today" shows

  • "Happening now": appears when an open training session has started and hasn't finished yet. It says when it started and how many athletes are already marked; tap "Mark attendance" to open the attendance.
  • "Up next": the next training and the next match within the next 14 days, in time order. For a match you see the call-up's status ("To create", "Draft" or "To send") or, once sent, how many of those called up have replied. Tap a training to open its attendance, or a match to open its call-up.
  • "To do": what needs you, with the number of trainings or matches on each row. Tap a row to see the list and open each one.

There are three "To do" rows:

  • "Trainings to close": trainings that have finished and are still open, from the last 30 days.
  • "Call-ups to send": matches in the next 14 days whose call-up hasn't been sent yet.
  • "Call-ups with missing replies": matches whose call-up was sent and where some athletes haven't replied.

When there's nothing pending, the screen says "You're all caught up."

The calendar

  1. In the bottom bar, tap Calendar.
  2. Choose "List" or "Month".
  3. In "List", events start today and run 30 days ahead; tap "Load more" to see 30 more, up to 90.
  4. In "Month", use the arrows to change month and tap a day to see its events.

Each training or match you have access to opens its attendance or call-up directly, with a status label: "Attendance" (a session today or in the past with no attendance yet), "Closed", "To send" or "Sent".
