The call-up in Coach Mode is a single screen: the meeting details, the squad and one button to finalise and send. You open the match from Today or from the Calendar. A bye round has no call-up.
Preparing the call-up
- Under "Meeting point", tap the card and fill in the date, the time and the "Place"; tap "Done".
- Do the same, if needed, for "Arrival at the venue", "Transport" and "Notes" ("For those called up").
- Under "Squad", choose "Called up", "Left out" or "Excused" for each athlete. Above the list you see how many are called up.
"Call up everyone" only calls up the squad's available athletes: injured and unavailable athletes, shown with that label, stay as they are.
To bring in athletes from other teams this season, tap "Add", search by name and tick them. They come in already called up, with their squad next to their name.
Finalising and sending
- Tap "Finalise and send". The note above the button says how many athletes the call-up goes to.
- When it's done, a message says how many were sent, how many athletes have no recipient and how many have no contact.
If the call-up is finalised but the send fails, the screen says "The call-up is finalised but hasn't been sent yet." Tap "Try sending again".
Following the replies
Once sent, the screen shows the replies:
- how many are "Going", "Not going" and on "No reply", and the share who have replied;
- under "What they answered", transport and meal, when the team uses them;
- the "Still to reply", "Going" and "Not going" lists. In "Still to reply", when you can see the athletes' contacts, there's a button to call them.
Editing after sending
- Tap "Edit call-up". It doesn't appear once the match has finished or been cancelled.
- Change what you need and tap "Save changes". Anyone still called up keeps their reply.
- Under "Who should be notified?", choose "Only those not yet notified", "Everyone called up" or "Don't send". If sending call-ups is turned off for the team, this question doesn't appear and the screen just says "Changes saved."
If you changed the meeting point, arrival or transport, the screen reminds you that everyone called up should know.
Prep sheet
Once the call-up is finalised, the "Prep sheet" appears below it. For each athlete called up, type the match number and tick GK, C or VC; each tap is saved. Choose the "Match staff" and use "Open PDF" or "Send prep sheet".
