The call-up says who goes to the match, where and when they meet, and how they travel. You set it up on the match page and, once finalised, it can be sent to the families.
Opening the call-up
- In Matches, open the match and go to the "Call-up" tab.
- Click "Set up call-up" or, if it already exists, "Edit call-up".
Meeting and arrival
- Under "Meeting point", enter the "Date", the "Time" and the "Location" where the team meets.
- Under "Arrival info", enter the "Date" and the "Time" of arrival at the venue.
- Under "Observations", write the "Notes for selected athletes" if you need them. They only appear on the printed call-up.
- If the team manages transport, the "Transport" card appears: enter the "Departure point", the "Departure time", the "Return time" and the "Transport notes".
Choosing the athletes
"Athlete selection" lists the squad's athletes, without the archived ones. The "Status" column shows each one's availability ("Available", "Restricted" or "Unavailable"), but it doesn't stop you calling them up.
- On each row, choose "C" (called up), "FC" (not called up) or "D" (excused). Clicking the same letter again clears the choice.
- To handle everyone at once, use "Mark all as…" and then adjust the exceptions.
- For an athlete who is called up, choose the "Transport" ("Own transport" or "Coach") and tick "Meal?", if the team manages them. Moving an athlete to "FC" or "D" clears the transport and the meal.
- To call up an athlete from another team in the same season, click "Add athlete from another age group", search by name or licence and tap the athlete: they join the list with the "E" tag. To take them off, use "Remove".
The "No.", "GK", "C" and "VC" columns and the "Match staff" card are for the prep sheet, which has its own article.
Finalising and saving
- Under "Finalise", turn on "Is the call-up finalised?" once the selection is settled. Below it you see how many athletes are called up, not called up and excused.
- Click "Save". You go back to the "Call-up" tab, where the call-up shows as "Draft" or "Finalised".
"Print" opens the call-up ready to print, with the athletes called up and a signature column, exactly as it is on screen.
