Viewing the club schedule and each team's schedule
Updated on 26 October 2026
The schedule brings together every team's training sessions and matches, by month or by week, with filters and printing; each team also has its own week.
On this page · 4 sections
The schedule shows every training session and match of all the club's teams in a single calendar. Use it to see who trains where and when, and to print the week's or the month's calendar.
Viewing the club schedule
- Open the Agenda ("Schedule" in the side menu). It opens on the current month.
- Choose "Month" or "Week" and use the arrows to move through time; "Today" takes you back to the current period.
- Select a training session or a match to open its page.
The schedule shows every team's events. If you only have access to some teams, the others' events are shown but do not open: "You can only open your own teams' events."
Filtering
- "Season" starts on the active season; choose another one or "All".
- "Team", "Age group", "Training venue", "Match venue" and "Sport" take several choices; with nothing chosen, they show everything.
- "Show trainings" and "Show games" hide one of the two kinds of event.
- "Show team colours" paints each event in the team's colours, and "Show locations" shows where it takes place.
Printing
Select "Print". You get what is on screen: the view (month or week), the filters and the display options you chose.
A team's schedule
- In Teams, open the team and go to the "Agenda" tab.
- You see the team's week, Monday to Sunday, with the microcycle and the number of sessions and matches in the header.
- Use the arrows and "Today" to change week. On a tablet or a phone the week is shown as a list of days; on a wide screen, in seven columns.
If another team has an event on the same pitch, on the same day and at overlapping times, and the areas the two take up add up to more than the whole pitch (two halves fit; a whole pitch and a half do not), a warning strip appears above the week and the event carries the mark "Pitch shared with another team". Agree how to split the pitch with the other team.
