Filling in the match sheet and closing the result
Updated on 23 October 2026
The match sheet records the starting line-up, the captain, the goalkeeper, the minutes and the events of each match. The match result comes from it.

The match sheet keeps who played and what happened: the starters, the captain, the goalkeeper, each athlete's minutes and the match events. The result comes from it.
Filling in the sheet
- Open the match in Matches and choose the "Match sheet" tab.
- Select "Fill in sheet" (or "Edit sheet" if the sheet already exists).
- The "Squad" table lists the athletes enrolled in the team this season and the athletes called up for the match. Tick the starters in the "Starter" column, up to the team's number of players on court, and tick the "Captain" and the "GK". If the sheet has not been saved yet, the captain and the goalkeeper are suggested from the match preparation sheet.
- In "Minutes", type each athlete's minutes, or select "Distribute minutes" to share the on-court minutes among the called-up athletes (the goalkeepers split the goal between them). This only fills in the form: nothing is stored until you save.
- In the "Events" grid, use + and − on the athlete's row, in the event type's column. Turn on "Ask for the minute when adding" if you want to record the minute of each event. Goalkeeper event types only accept athletes ticked as "GK". The opponent own goal ("Autogolo do adversário") is recorded on the "Team" row at the bottom of the grid: it counts on our score without belonging to any athlete.
- Select "Save" to store the sheet and carry on later, or "Close sheet" once the whole match is recorded.
Where the result comes from
You do not type the result on the sheet: it counts the goals scored and conceded recorded in the grid. An opponent's goal is recorded on an athlete's row, usually the goalkeeper's.
Reopening or deleting the sheet
- On a closed sheet, the tab shows "Reopen sheet" instead of "Edit sheet". Reopening sets the match back to not finished and keeps the starters, the events and the result; you then correct it and close it again.
- "Delete match sheet" removes the starters and substitutes and the events (including those from the live recording), and leaves the match without a result and back to not played. The live recording goes back to the start: you can record the match again from "Start match". It cannot be undone.
Recording by hand at the venue
Select "Print recording sheet" to take a paper sheet to the match, with one row per called-up athlete (with no call-up, per squad athlete) and one column per event type (except the opponent own goal, which belongs to no athlete): write the minute of each event in the athlete's cell and copy everything to the sheet afterwards.
