Updated on 22 October 2026
An athlete can play in several teams in the same season: each one is a separate enrolment, and one of them is the primary.

An athlete can be enrolled in more than one team in the same season, for example in the Under-19s and also in the senior team. Each team is a separate enrolment, with its own shirt number, position and status. One of the season's enrolments is the primary.
From the athlete record
- In Athletes, open the athlete's record.
- Select "Sporting seasons" and choose "Add enrolment".
- Choose the "Sport", the "Season" and the "Team". Check the "Enrolment date", which defaults to today.
- If the athlete already has an active enrolment in that season, "Make this the primary team" appears. Switch it on if the new team becomes the primary.
- Select "Add".
From the team squad
- In Teams, open the team and the "Squad" tab.
- Select "Enrol athlete".
- Under "Athlete", choose them. Only club athletes not yet in this team are listed.
- If you like, fill in the "Shirt no.", the "Position" and the "Enrolment date".
- Select "Enrol".
Enrolled this way, the athlete keeps the primary they already had that season, and the new one never becomes the primary. Only if it is their first active enrolment of the season does it become the primary.
The primary team
The primary enrolment is the one shown in the Athletes list and the one that holds who receives that season's call-ups. To change it, pick the enrolment in the season and team selector, select "Sporting seasons" and choose "Set as primary".
If you archive the primary enrolment, another active enrolment of the same season becomes the primary on its own and takes over the call-up recipient of the one that left.
What belongs to each team and what is shared
- Charges belong to each team. A fee series is launched to its own team's squad, so if both teams have series, the athlete gets both. The "Finance" tab of the athlete record shows the charges of the selected team; the member record, which you open from Members, shows them all.
- The administrative record (competition registration and contract) is a single one per season and sport, shared by the teams.
- "Change team" and "Archive" act on the selected enrolment. When archiving, you choose whether to archive only that team or every team of the season.
