The membership list

Under Membership › Club members you have the list of the club's members. Use it to find a member, see how many are active or suspended in a year, and download the cards.

The year's figures

At the top, four indicators for the year chosen in the "Year" filter. They only count members with a yearly record for that year:

• the year's total, with how many joined since January;
• "Active", with the share they represent;
• "Suspended", those with the status "Suspended". The status is changed by hand, on the profile: overdue dues suspend no one;
• "No contact", those without an email (and, with the Portal active, without app access either). They are left out of communications.

Beside them, the "By category" card shows how many members each category has that year, in each category's colour.

Filter the list

• "Year": the calendar year that sets the category shown and the figures at the top.
• "Category": shows only members whose record for that year is in the chosen category.
• "Status": "All", "Active", "Suspended", "Resigned" or "Deceased", each with the year's count.
• "Name": searches by the person's name.

"Clear" resets the category, status and name; the year stays.

The table

The columns are "No.", the photo, "Name", "Category" for the chosen year, "Status", "Contacts" (email and mobile) and "Age". With the Portal module active and "App" permission, there is also "App access", where you see and manage each person's access to the app.

Members are listed by number, 20 per page by default; at the bottom you change page or the number of rows. Select a row to open the member profile.

Shortcuts

• "Pre-registrations" opens the requests received through the public form. A red number tells you how many are waiting.
• "Share form" gives you the link and QR code of the public membership form. Only people with full access to "Club members" see it.
• "Cards (ZIP)" downloads a ZIP file with the PDF card of every member with a record for the chosen year.
