Membership card and public verification

Generate the PDF card with its QR code, one at a time or all at once, and understand what the verification page shows.

Each member has a PDF card, the size of a bank card (85.6 × 54 mm), with the club's name and logo, the photo, the name, the number, the year's category, the year it refers to, the member's status and a QR code. The text on the card is in the language of the club's country. The code opens a public page that says, at that moment, whether the member is valid.
Generate one member's card
- Open the member's record from Club members.
- In the side panel, select "Membership card".
The PDF downloads straight away and is always for the current year. The category printed is the one from that year's registration; without a registration, the card has no category.
Generate everyone's cards
- In Club members, choose the "Year" in the filters.
- Select "Cards (ZIP)".
You get a ZIP with one PDF for each member registered in that year, with the number and the year in the file name.
The verification page
Anyone who points a camera at the QR code opens a public page, in the club's language, without signing in. On the member's record, "View public page" opens the same page.
The page shows the club, the member's photo, name and number, the "Category" and "Year" of the registration, the date and time of the check, and one of two results:
- "Valid club member", when the member is "Active" and registered for the current calendar year.
- "Invalid club member", when they are "Suspended", "Resigned" or "Deceased", or have no registration for the current year.
The result is worked out when the page opens, from the club's data. Whether the dues are paid does not count: under the result, the page only says whether the member is active, or inactive or without a record, in the current year.
