The athlete list

In Athletes you see all the club's athletes at once, season by season. This is where you open each athlete's profile.

What each column shows

• "Name": click the name to open the athlete's profile.
• "Age group / Team": the team of the main enrolment in that season. If the athlete is in more than one team, the number of extra teams appears next to it (+1, +2…).
• "Position · no.": the position and shirt number in that team.
• "Age": worked out from the date of birth.
• "Status": the athlete's availability on that enrolment: "Available", "Restricted", "Unavailable" or "Archived".
• "App access": only shown if the club has the Portal and you are allowed to see app access.

A club athlete with no enrolment in the chosen season also appears, with the season columns empty.

Filtering and searching

1. In "Season", choose the season. It starts on the active season.
2. Use "Sport" and "Age group" to narrow the list. "Age group" only offers the age groups that have athletes in that season.
3. In "Name", type part of the athlete's name.
4. To go back to the full list, click "Clear". The season stays as you chose it.

Above the table, the "All", "Available", "Injured" (the "Restricted" status) and "Unavailable" tabs show only the athletes with that status, with how many there are in each. Turn on "Group by age group" to see the list split by age group, oldest first, with a row naming each one.

The list is in alphabetical order, 20 athletes per page (you can switch to 50 or 100). The tab, the age group and the grouping are kept in the page address: if you reload it or share the link, it opens the same way.

The side panel

• "Pre-registrations" opens the pre-registration inbox, with the number still to be handled.
• "Share form" gives you the link to the public pre-registration form.
• "Export" downloads the list as you see it, in CSV or Excel: the season, the filters, the tab, the "To sort out" shortcut and the grouping go into the file; the pagination does not.
• "To sort out" gathers shortcuts to what is still missing: "No app access" (only with the Portal), "No shirt number" and "Injured". Click a row to filter the list and click it again to turn it off.
• "Squad by age group" shows how many athletes each age group has, with a bar split into available, injured and unavailable. Click an age group to filter the list by it.
