Updated on 22 October 2026
Keep the athlete's identity card, passport or residence permit, with its expiry date and the scanned file.

The "Documents" tab of the athlete's profile keeps the person's identity documents: the number, the expiry date and, if you like, the scanned file. They are the same documents you see on the member profile of the same person.
Adding a document
- Open the athlete's profile from Athletes and go to the "Documents" tab.
- Click "Add".
- In "Document type", choose one of five: identity card or citizen card, passport, residence permit, residence card or residence title.
- Fill in the "Number", if you wish, and the "Expiry date", which is required.
- In "Document", attach the scanned file: PDF, PNG or JPEG, up to 8 MB. This is optional.
- Click "Save".
In the table, each document has actions to preview and download the file, edit and delete.
Expiry
Each document's "State" comes from its "Expiry date":
- "Valid": more than 30 days before the expiry date.
- "Expiring": 30 days or fewer to go.
- "Expired": from the day after the expiry date. The document is valid until the end of its last day.
The card header counts how many documents have expired. When one expires, ask for a new one and update the record with "Edit".
Other athlete documents
Some documents have their own place on the profile:
- The sports medical exam is in the "Clinical" tab, in the "Sports medical exam" field, if the club has the Clinical module.
- The registration form and the federation forms are in the "Administrative" tab.
- School documents are in the "School" tab, if the club has the School module.
