The team's fees map

Updated on 23 October 2026

On this page · 4 sections

The fees map brings together in one grid the monthly fees of every athlete in a team, month by month, across the season. It shows at a glance who is up to date, without opening each athlete's account.

Open the map

  1. In Teams, open the team.
  2. Select "Fees map".

The button only appears when the Financial management module is active and "Manage finance area" is switched on for the team.

Reading the grid

Each row is an athlete in the squad and each column a month of the season; the current month is highlighted. Each cell shows the product code, coloured by status:

  • "Paid", in green.
  • "Unpaid", in amber: already charged, but not yet on a payment note, or on a note still within term.
  • "Overdue", in red: on an issued note, unpaid and past its due date.
  • "Cancelled", in grey and struck through.

A fee that has been charged but is not yet on a note never turns red, even if the month has gone by: it has not yet been requested from the family. Hover over a cell to see the product, month, status and amount.

The "Status" column shows "Up to date", the athlete's unpaid amount or "No charges", and the athlete's name gets a reddish background when something is overdue. The "Per month" row shows how many of that month's fees are paid. Turn on "Only outstanding" to hide those who are up to date or have no charges.

The totals

  • "Collected": the amount already paid.
  • "To collect": the unpaid amount, overdue or not.
  • "Overdue": how many fees are overdue and for how many athletes.
  • "Collection rate": the share of the fees already paid, counting only the months up to the current month, shown below the figure. Later months already launched are left out.

"Needs attention" lists the athletes with overdue fees, from the largest amount to the smallest. If you have access to Debtors, "View club debtors" takes you to the club-wide list.

What goes into the map

Only charges from this team's series in this season are included, for products with "Shown in the monthly fees map" switched on. A product charged only once to each athlete, such as a kit, is left out, as are membership dues, one-off income and the same athlete's series in other teams. Months with no charges at all are not shown.

The grid fills in as fees are launched. If the team has no fees charged yet, the map says "No fees have been launched for this team yet". When no series is linked to the team, anyone who can create series also sees "Assign a product to the team".
